In consideration of all of our guests, and specifically those with allergies, we ask that you respect our "No Smoking" and "No Pets" policy. The Outerbanks has a no pets policy however pets still show up periodically. 

 

We ask that all guests of the Outerbanks respect our no pets policy - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Anyone who is traveling with their pets can use  Willow Creek Kennel services at 306 277 2127.  They are located approximately 15 minutes from The Outerbanks, west of Gronlid.  Any guests showing up with pets will be asked to take their pets to the kennel for their stay. 

If the kennel has no room, there will be a $200 charge per pet.

All bookings must be secured with a credit card deposit of 50% at the time of booking. An additional $500 damage deposit is taken on all bookings and if the chalet has no apparent damages, the deposit will be refunded back to your card within 24 hrs after check out.

 

Due to popular times throughout the year, bookings are only official once your deposit is received.  We have many clients interested in booking chalets or cabins for specific times throughout the year so a booking deposit must be sent to secure and hold a date.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received within 30 days of the reservation date forfeit the deposit given.  Cancellations received 30-45 days prior to the "check in" date are subject to a 20% deposit cancellation fee.  Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to "check in" have no cancellation penalty and the 50% deposit will be refunded completely.

Booking Policy 

Bookings are a minimum 2 Night Stay regularly and minimum 3 night stay over season weeks and long weekends.

Riverside Cabins
Cabins 1,2,3

  • The Riverside Cabins are approximately 1000 sq.ft. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, entrance and dining areas. These Cabins have everything a family could need. Situated along the Saskatchewan River as it enters Codette Lake.  Every cabin has a breathtaking view of the Saskatchewan River from the living room and front deck.

  • These modern cabins are close enough that larger groups can book more than one cabin to be together, yet single families will still have adequate privacy.

​

  • Riverside Cabins #1, #2, and #3 are wheelchair accessible and have a spacious living room and fully functional attached kitchen.  The fully modern kitchen includes a full sized fridge/freezer, range/stove, and microwave.  The cupboards are completely stocked with plates, glasses, cups and cutlery.  Cooking utensils, pots, and crockery are also included.

  • The Riverside Cabins boast a spectacular view of the Saskatchewan river, with a screened in porch for the summer months.  Each cabin has a BBQ with supplied propane.  Approximately 200ft of grass space for each cabin provides an opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking view outside with an optional fire pit provided.

  • The Riverside Cabins are approximately 1000 sq.ft. With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, entrance and dining areas. These Cabins have everything a family could need.
